SCWEMS finding its feet

New representatives to the South Central Wyoming Emergency Management Services (SCWEMS) Joint Powers Board Donna Pipher and Kelly Ralston attended their first regular meeting of the board Jan. 14.

Pipher is the new Carbon County representative, taking Mark Kostovny’s seat. Ralston is taking the seat briefly held by Gary Stull, representing Riverside. The Town of Saratoga had not appointed a representative to fill the vacancy left by Bill Dahlke by the time of the meeting.
