Sending new year thanks

Well, this will come out on the last day of the year — man did it ever go fast.

There are so many people to thank, so here it goes (and if I forget anyone, please don’t take it personally.)

First I want to thank all our volunteers that help us on a daily basis. Without you we would not run as smoothly.

A great-big thank you to the seniors here for the new dishwasher. It is wonderful.

Thanks to Brad Hebig and Phil Fleming for putting the Christmas lights on our rather large tree in front of the center. It lit up the town. Thanks also to John Farr for getting the lights for us.

Thanks for all the donations through the year, like those seniors who helped with the haunted house on Halloween and with pie and chili donations for the annual flea market.

Special thanks to Bill Wadsworth and Monty Hobbs for keeping the sidewalk clear of snow and ice.

Thank you to Carbon County Senior Services Inc. for realizing the importance of having first aid and CPR Certified as well as Serv-Safe Certified Staff and thanks for the AEDs in our facility all of this insures you have well-trained staff to serve our Seniors in Carbon County.

I’m sure I have forgot someone or something, so thank you to everyone who donates, volunteers, to Sagebrush Senior Center in Encampment from Kim Loftice and myself Ronda Krouch as well as all the seniors here.

Happy New Year to all and we look forward to serving you.

God bless, Ronda.
