Cindy Garretson-Weibel, director of the Agribusiness Division for the Wyoming Business Council, received the 2014 Outstanding Leadership Program Director Award at a national conference for the International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leadership (IAPAL) in Lexington, Ky.
