There were 6 here to play Bingo this week. $3 winners were Winnie Allen, Betty Dean, Madaline Forbes, and Sue Howe. Betty Dean won the $3 blackout round.
There were two and a half tables here for duplicate bridge on Monday. High winners were Janet Donelan & Gertrude Harold. Second high went to John Blue & Bob Johnson.
The Rawlins office sent over some more of the shelf stable meals for us to hand out to the seniors that come up here for lunch. They are very nice meals to have in your pantry for emergencies. This is to bring our count up and it will help a lot.
We will be having flu shots up here on Oct. 14 from 9-11:30. If you do not have Medicare, Medicaid or Blue Cross insurance, it will cost $25.
We want to send get well wishes to Frank Jerub who is in the hospital. He comes over with the ones from the nursing home.
We want to thank Tammy Jackman for being our janitor for the past year. We have enjoyed her and wish her well on her next job.
