Planning commission lacked quorum

The Saratoga planning commission did not have enough board members for a quorum at their Aug. 12 meeting.

Greg Cooksey, Steve Wilcoxson and new board member Tom Knickerbocker were the only attendees at the meeting. Chris Shannon, Rory Grubb and Karl Smith were not present.

Though informal discussion took place concerning bylaws and ideas on how to conduct future meetings, no action could be taken. Board members did discuss the idea of calling a special meeting later in August to take care of pressing issues.
