Jacob Dickenson, of Encampment, works on his project in an electronics class during the recent Summer High School Institute at the University of Wyoming. He was among more than 80 sophomores from 50 Wyoming school districts attending the annual institute that allows the students to explore their intellectual, social and creative interests.
