Local artist Dawn Senior-Trask explains the inspirations for her bronze piece to Wyoming Arts Council board member Holly Turner. The Platte Valley Arts Council hosted a meet and greet Friday night at Blackhawk Gallery for the Wyoming Arts Council board, which met in Saratoga over the weekend.
