Honor Farm inmates from Newcastle work in the rain Sunday. Sand bags were being stacked in front of a house along the rising Platte River in order to protect it from major flooding. The river continues to rise above record levels and is expected to peak Friday. Wednesday, two more companies with the Wyoming National Guard were expected to deploy to fill 100,000 more bags. The Saratoga Sun staff will continue to post updates on their Facebook page throughout the flooding period.
