United Blood Services are asking residents of the Platte Valley to donate blood next week.
The Saratoga High School Honor Society is hosting the blood drive from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the Saratoga Middle/High School multipurpose room. Residents will have an opportunity to save a life by donating their time and giving blood. United Blood Services said summer is when blood is in the most demand, and Carbon County hospitals are hoping to get enough blood to help them through the season.
