We have started having the Jam sessions again for the summer. We started on April 1 with the first one. The second one was on April 8. The next one will be on April 22. Please make plans to come up at 6:00 and enjoy the music. The players have so much fun playing, and the audience always has just as much fun listening to them. There was a new guy (Erik Gantt) who came to sit in with them. We want to welcome him and hope he will come join them often.

I did get in the property tax relief forms this week. You have until June 2 to fill them out and get them sent in. If you did not receive your form in the mail please come up and get one. You can get a partial refund on your taxes if you qualify.

We had a movie day Thursday. Five ladies stayed after lunch and had popcorn and watched “Frozen”. I think everyone enjoyed it. We are going to see about having movie day the first Thursday of every month. So mark your calendar and join us.

We will be closed on April 18 for Good Friday, so if you want a meal for that day please tell the bus driver or call the center at 326-5564 and let us know so we can send them out with your meal on April 17. We do have frozen meals for the weekend if you need them, all you need to do is let us know you need extras for the weekend and we can send you two for those days.

We want to send out thoughts and prayers to Pat Faust. She had another medical problem and is in the hospital again. Please get better soon so you can get back home.
