Stolen cars found, suspect in custody

Saratoga police has reported that all three cars have been recovered from the March 6 car thefts.

Saratoga police chief Tom Knickerbocker said that two of the suspects have been identified. The Rawlins police department has arrested one of the suspects who is now in custody.
