Bureaucracy slows the wheels of government

Editor:

This week begins the budget session and of course the true forms of power and egos, yet for whom, the people or the bureaucrat and bureaucracy? The real true bedfellows of legislation are not the politically elected, but the bureaucrat, when funding is laid out on the table!

Bureaucracy impedes the actions of legislative actions needed to create a government for the people’s wishes. Wyoming people always hear we will have to look into that, or we’ll have to delay the actions until our departments have time study the actions further.

Therefore our legislative representative may introduce a bill, but if the bureaucrat finds such a bill not to his or her liking, they will formulated a plan of hindrance or delays for this legislation, and the ego’s along with power are arranged to meet the needs of the department. Just like special interest seed money to campaigns, the funding is arranged for the bureaucratic agency, to which provides the paper to legislative branches, and guides the committee chairman, by the bureaucrat’s department responses.

The most recent example of bureaucracy was the findings of Wyoming Supreme court on S.F. 104, for when the findings did not go the executive bureaucracy way. The Governor’s appointed Attorney General a bureaucrat could not concede the ruling render from the Supreme Court. In turn has re-filed once again to impede, hinder and will delay legislative action filed for throwing out an unconstitutional law.
