Seniors view Christmas lights

There were four people here for Bridge on Monday. High winner was Gertrude Herold.

Jane took some people out on the bus to see the Christmas lights last Friday. She had 10 people. We want to thank The Rawlins National Bank for donating the popcorn for their trip. They always have a great time and a lot of fun looking at lights and visiting.

We had a pretty good turnout for our birthday/anniversary dinner. Those having birthdays this month are Bill Ward, Frances Kirby, Betty Vyvey, Vernon Wagner, Marie Huntley, Judy Hodges, Iva Craig and Norm Bennett.

Betty Vyvey won the birthday money. Those having anniversaries this month are Dick & Marty Perue, Ed & Sue Howe, and John & Sonja Collamer. We had a large group of elementary kids in to entertain this month. They were so cute and we all enjoyed their performance. We would like to thank the teachers that brought them up. And we would like to invite them to come up again anytime.

It was nice to have so many from the nursing home up on Friday. We missed having them here.

We will be open on New Year’s Day at the regular time, so come have lunch with us.

We want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year.
