The Riverside Town Council had a quick meeting Thursday meeting, which included talk of the 2014 Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM) Winter Workshop.
Town Clerk and Treasurer Jan Cook notified the council of the WAM Winter Workshop scheduled to take place early next year. The event is Feb. 26-28 at the Little America Hotel in Cheyenne.
“I have a tentative agenda and room reservations if anyone is interested in going,” Cook said. “Just let me know and I’ll make reservations for you.”
The council also discussed times when the Riverside Town Hall building would be closed at the end of this month. In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s Eve holidays, the town hall building will be closed Dec. 24-26, and by 11 a.m. on Dec. 31.
