Consultants available for restuarant owners

Wyoming restaurant owners will have an opportunity to meet with a professional consultant this winter.

The Wyoming Entrepreneur Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has received funding from the Small Business Jobs Act for Wyoming restaurants to work with professional restaurant consultant Chris Tripoli.

Tripoli of A’La Carte Foodservice Counseling has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked in a wide variety of restaurants as a designer, developer, owner and operator.

The SBDC is able to subsidize up to two hours of consulting with Tripoli and encourages all restaurants to take advantage of this opportunity. The consultations will take place virtually or by telephone and will occur at various times between December, January and February.

Companies will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

Those who are interested should contact Cindy Unger at (307) 234-6684 or [email protected]. The appointments must be completed by end of February before funding runs out.
