James E. Roberts, of Encampment, passed away Nov. 24 in Fort Collins, Colo. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Dec. 2 in the Valley Chapel at Saratoga Cemetery. Teense Willford is officiating. A full obituary will appear in a later edition of the Saratoga Sun.
