Senior Center closed for Thanksgiving

We had five people play bingo this week. Two-dollar winners were Berneil McCord, Winnie Allen, and Sue Howe. Berneil and Madaline Forbes shared a $2 round. Sue Howe and Winnie Allen shared the $4 blackout round.

We had five people play Bridge on Monday. High winner was Sheila Johnson. Second high went to Gertrude Herold.

We had our birthday/ Thanksgiving dinner on Friday. We did not have as big a crowd as we had hoped for. But we did have a great group of people here. Those having birthdays this month are Ralph Harper, Gloria Rakness, Dawna Erickson, Elvira Cerise, Garland Bartlett, Gary Babel, Tom Mansfield, Jane Fluty, Bev Hempel, Neal Kirk, Dorothy Miller, Barb Wise and Helen Young. Gloria Rakness won the birthday tree. Teense Willford was here to entertain us. It is always fun when he is here and we all enjoy him. It was so nice to have Paul and Vicki Wiant here with us, too. They do not make it here from Cheyenne very often. Also, Elvira Cerise was here and we do not see her very often either.

The Saratoga Senior Center will be closed for two days at Thanksgiving, so be thinking about whether you will need any extra meals for the long weekend. Let us know soon so we can plan for them to go out on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
