Missoula Children's Theatre back in Saratoga

It's out of the tower and on the run as a zany cast of friends and foes help Rapunzel's harrowing escape from the towering imprisonment of Madame Gothel. Add a dash of French flair and pinch of personal triumph and friendship, and this is a story the audience won't forget.

The Missoula Children's Theatre is presenting "Rapunzel" at 7 p.m. Nov. 8 and 4 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Platte Valley Community Center Theater.

The production includes more than 50 local students as they present an original musical adaptation of Rapunzel.

Playing the title character, Rapunzel, are local students Aubree Neville and Bel Oiler.

Kieran Neville and Kaylyn Hunter as the Princess; Lacey Dale as Madame Gothel; Makayla Fairbanks and Larissa Ford as Rapunzel's Parents Maurice and Monique; Robin Gloss, Tiffany Bauer, Morgan Dale, Kennison Spiering, Allison Falk, Haylie Wells and Amber Williams as the Wood Elves; Campbell Grabow and Katelyn Bifano as the Ears of Corn, Justin Shotwell as the Potato; Dany Bateman and Anna Bartholomew as the Unicorns; Jacob Fairbanks, John Steele, JJ Allen and MaKenna King as the Gremlins and Garrett Dale, Paige Mennear, Nicole Bauer and Samantha Fiedor as the Billy Goats Gruff.

The Three Bears and Beaver are made up of Ashton Ford, Katharine Backen, Savannah Wells and Kaitlyn Campbell.

Olivia Everett, Makenzie Sheils, Kelsey Hytrek and Jaden Campbell will play the Ogres.

Appearing as the Mushrooms are Reegan Jones, Audrey Schwerdt, Jolie McGuire, Chloe Shumaker, Ross TenEyck, Sophie Diaz, Bria Calvert, Daylene Jump, Douglass Campbell, Aspen Sewell, Hannah Lorenz, Garrett Sperry, Kamryn McArthur and Madison Johnson.

Aubrey Berger, Sarah Burton and Ashley Hartman will serve as Assistant Directors throughout the week.

Admission is by donation at the door.
