The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Rawlins Field Office is preparing a resource management plan (RMP) and environmental assessment (EA) for visual resource management and areas of critical environmental concern.
The notice of availability has been published in the Federal Register, and the draft RMP amendment is available for review. One can review the EA and provide comments during the 60-day comment period.
