Temporary road closures for hazard tree removal are, or will soon be, going into effect on Forest Roads 500, 496 and 100 in the Brush Creek-Hayden (BCH) Ranger District of the Medicine Bow National Forest. Forest visitors planning to use these roads should note that work will occur through the remainder of this summer and into the fall. To reduce impacts to forest visitors, however, work will be completed in segments and roads will be reopened during weekends from approximately 5 p.m. each Friday to 7 a.m. each Monday.
