Hazard tree removal work will be conducted during the next couple of months on the French Creek Road (Forest Road 500) within the Brush Creek-Hayden (BCH) Ranger District.
To avoid closing long stretches of this popular route, work will be completed in three segments, working from west to east. The first closed segment is between the junctions with Forest Road 206 and Forest Road 225. This will be followed by a closure between the junctions with Forest Road 225 and Forest Road 210.
