According to Royce Kelley, he has yet to receive a cease and desist order putting a stop to his saw milling, and he doesn’t expect to receive it.
In the June 11 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission unanimously voted to have Public Works Director Chuck Bartlett write a letter to Kelley, demanding he immediately stop all logging actions.
