Saratoga Museum hosts second annual golf tourney

The Saratoga Museum hosts its second annual golf tournament fundraiser at the Saratoga Golf Course this Saturday.

Registration takes place at noon at the Saratoga Golf Course, and the tournament begins at 1 p.m. There is a $10,000 hole-in-one prize, plus many other contest prizes and giveaways.

Signing up to play is $20 per person, and net proceeds benefit the “Raise the Roof” Campaign at the Saratoga Museum. People can sign up to participate in the tournament by calling the Saratoga Resort and Spa at 326-5261, or by calling the museum at 326-5511.

After the tournament, cocktails begin at 6 p.m. at the Platte Valley Community Center for the Saratoga Museum’s annual dinner.

Following the dinner, guest speaker J.P. Johnson, and railroad enthusiast and Union Pacific employee will share the Union Pacific Railroad’s history. To register for the dinner, call the museum at 326-5511.
