We are having a wonderful time here at Sagebrush Senior Center because some of our snow birds have landed back here in Encampment. We welcome the Remicks and the Pratts back to the Valley. It was very nice to meet you all and hope to see you often while your in town. Once again it is that time again for “Breakfast at Lunch on Saturday”.
This Saturday we will be serving up some Breakfast Pizza, so please make your reservation by Friday.
The quilters are done with the raffle quilt and have started a new one. Our new quilt is from Nancy Lynch and is called “Trip around the World”, and I must say it is very pretty. So here is a big thank you to Nancy Lynch, Kay Fleming, Betty Merrill, Vonda Wieburg, Josephine Roberson, and Mrs. Lila Walbye for working on yet another piece of art.
We continue to be impressed with our knowledgeable coffee ladies They really have some intense round table conversations, and we encourage and welcome their insights. We give thanks to Laura, Connie, Dodey, Jo, Alice, LeDawn, Patty, and Ellie and a special guest appearance by Sharron Pratt.
As for Dominoes we have a few new challengers with the Remicks joining us.
Throughout the week we enjoyed the game with Ginny and Jack Riddick, Betty Merrill, Joe and Sharon Remick, Dodey Brown, Phil and Kay Fleming, and Mrs. Laura Rettelle.
We have also started a new puzzle. It is a mosaic of stamps. Well, that is about all the news here, but we will have more to talk about next week. So here’s to everyone having an awesome week.
