The Encampment Xi Beta Delta Sorority is hosting a presentation of the crime prevention program “Refuse to be a Victim”. The presentation is 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Grand Encampment Opera House.
This nationally recognized program is designed to provide women and men with information to help them develop personal safety strategies, a press release said.
The program will be presented by National Rifle Association certified instructor Jim Ginther, of Laramie.
