The Saratoga Wrestlers competed in three pool rounds but lost these three duals at the Southeast Duals in Veteran Saturday. The squad then won two duals in the bracketed round. The first three duals, in the pool rounds, determined which teams would move on in the tournament. The bracketed rounds paired up teams with those teams that finished the same earlier in the day.
In pool wrestling, the Panthers lost all three duals to Gordon/Rushville, Bayard and Lingle. However, in matches actually wrestled, the Panthers fared much better as there were only eight wrestlers in the 14 weight division...
