Eli Hobbs was made Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) High School principal when Steve Priest retired in late September. The wind had a chill, but the sun was shining while the elementary school kids visited nine different stations to learn about Agriculture in the Upper North Platte Valley at the Saratoga Elementary School football field.
