Philip Eugene “Boone” Weber, 90, of Baggs, Wyoming, passed away on August 4<sup>th</sup>, 2024, after a long battle with kidney disease.

Andrea (Andi) Dee Ward was born February 2, 1965 in Dillion, Montana. She was raised in the beautiful mountains of Beaverhead County and later moved to Lovell, Wyoming. Andi loved the western way of life; rodeo, hunting and fishing with her grandfather instilled a life-long passion for the outdoors. After graduating from Lovell High School in 1983, she moved to Saratoga, Wyoming to be closer to her parents, Roger and Suzie Cox.

Iva Mae Craig

Surrounded by family, Iva Mae Craig passed away on July 18, 2024 at the North Platte Valley Medical Center at the age of 92.

Iva Mae Swanson was born on a ranch near Saratoga, Wyoming on December 2, 1931 to Leo and Sophia Clements Swanson. She lived in Saratoga and the Platte Valley area all of her life.

William I. Rathbun

William I. Rathbun, long time Saratoga resident, passed away on June 24 at the North Platte Valley Medical Center Long Term Care at the age of 98.

Sarah Latier

Sarah Latier was born September 3, 1936 to Harold and Rhuea Latier of Sinclair, Wyoming. She passed away on October 23, 2023 in Glendale, California. She graduated from Rawlins High School in 1954. Sarah received her B.A. degree from Colorado State College. She received her Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of Southern California. One of Dr. Sarah Latier - Napier’s hobbies were going to USC football games.

Ronald E. Noton

Ronald E. Noton was born August 14, 1938 in Hanover, Illinois, a farming community near the Mississippi River settled by his family in the early 1800’s. His father died of cancer when Ron was just 3 years old, so he did not have the typical childhood. Ron worked long hours on the family farm before graduating as valedictorian of his high school class.
