When the Parco Theater opened its doors on March 14 for the Parco Sessions Volume One, a familiar face could be seen buzzing around the historic building before taking the stage to welcome guests.

As local governments prepare to set their budget for the next fiscal year, the Board of Carbon County Commissioners (BOCCC) clarified their stance when it comes to the Carbon County Library System and making budget decisions.
