$120K grant could give Victim Assistance Program a huge boost

The Rawlins City Council last week approved a resolution authorizing the submission of a $120,000 grant application to the Wyoming Division of Victim Services, ensuring continued support for the Rawlins Police Department’s Victim Assistance Program.
