    There were not enough here to play bingo on Tuesday. There were only six people for bridge Monday. High winner was Joni Johnson. Second high went to Gertrude Herold. The LIEAP forms are being mailed. When you get yours I will be happy to help you fill it out. If you do not get a form we can print one off of the internet. So please be watching for your form.     Games provided fun and laughter throughout the week. On Sunday afternoon four residents played Dominoes with Pat Rust winning. On Tuesday morning, four residents played Yahtzee with Marjery McAulay winning. Our laundry/housekeeping supervisor, Tondi Johnson, ran the game. On Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoons, residents played Bingo. Kenny Hoagland, Pat Rust, Elaine Burge and Truth Karstoft won Four Corners.     It’s been another week at the office, everything going smoothly so far. Our morning coffee and chatter group Laura Rettelle, Jo Bonnet, Connie Beckham, Patty Herring, Karen Dibbern, Arleigh Simmons, Linda York, Ellie Behrmann, Susan Herring added Paul Hume and Monty Hobbs to keep the funny stories rolling. No bridgers again this week.   • Tap fee ordinance closer to completion

    The Saratoga/Carbon County Impact Joint Powers Board (water and sewer) continued to discuss the draft ordinance for tap fees at their Nov. 12 meeting. The ordinance, which will raise the rates for water tap installation, indicates price base rates for materials and labor, however the wording for prices on street repair is under deliberation. Board members discussed the motives behind the new tap fee ordinance for clarity, and no action was taken on the draft past sending it to an attorney....
