    At the Saratoga Town Council Meeting on August 16, 2022, Amanda Knotwell presented a question about the food trucks coming to Saratoga, setting up, selling their items and then leaving.     It’s Saturday morning at the Agape House on the corner of 1st and Main in Saratoga. Bicycles line the sidewalk and spill onto the lawn. Bikes for Kids Ministry is managed by Ralph Hicks and Mike Day. They have been accpeting donated bicycles in for the past 7 years. They tune them up, make repairs when needed and give them away.   • Encampment bus garage hosts bus driver training

    With school starting, child safety is a major concern to all parties involved with their care. On August 17, a District wide training was held in Encampment for all bus drivers in CCSD#2. Training included mountain driving, engine brakes, tire chains, road safety, tailgating, stop sign violations, proper use of handheld radios and active shooter. There were 12 participants attending.
