    Don L. Peters, of Saratoga, has been recognized by the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) for 53 years of safe, accident-free driving of a commercial tractor-trailer. The OOIDA Safe Driving Award Program is sponsored by Shell Rotella and is designed to recognize and reward OOIDA members for their safe, accident-free years while operating a commercial vehicle.     Games provide laughter and socialization during the week. On Sunday afternoon, four residents played Bingo with Pat Rust winning. Tuesday morning, five residents played Yahtzee with Elaine Burge winning. Wednesday and Friday afternoons, residents played Bingo. Pat Rust, Kenny Hoagland, Elaine Burge and Barbara Plummer won Four Corners. Nadine Caleb, Barbara Plummer and Pat Rust won Blackout.
