My second trail season with the Maine Conservation Corps (MCC) began, as the locals say, “way down East” in Washington County. Wyoming has continued to shed jobs in the midst of a bearish oil market, according to unemployment figures published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) June 22.
