    The Sand Lake Road (Forest Road 101) is currently closed for hazard tree removal between Highway 130 and the North Fork Campground on the Laramie Ranger District (LRD). The closure period will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day until this Friday, and includes travel across the road by recreationists using the Little Laramie Trails.     The Oshkosh, Wis., Police Department stated that Robert James Maki, who was suspected of stealing eight firearms from a residence south of Saratoga, has been arrested in Duluth, Minn. On June 6 police arrested Maki, 59, who was wanted for parole violation out of Michigan, where he did time on burglary charges.     About 5:20 a.m. on June 8, Carbon County Sheriff deputies and the fire department responded to a vehicle wreck on Jack Creek Road, 1.5 miles west of Saratoga.
