    Three resignations occurred at the regularly scheduled South Central Wyoming Emergency Medical Services (SCWEMS) Board meeting that started 6 p.m. and ended at around 11 p.m. Feb. 20 in the Elk Mountain Fire Station.     Rosemary Louise Craighead was born in Niles, Ohio on July 9, 1929 and went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2018. She lived her 88 years on this earth with joy and the love of Jesus. Rosemary moved to Santa Monica, CA when she was a child and graduated from Santa Monica High School in June 1947 and met her future husband that summer. L. Meryle experienced a successful life as daughter to Bea and Harry Sellmeyer from Drennan, Colorado, wife of Gene for 61 years. Meryle leaves behind two sons: Louis and Paul, along with one daughter: Lucy. Meryle further leaves behind four Grandchildren: Gene, Colton, Caleb and Tyler, along with two Great Grandchildren: Hallie and Traegger, and a host of friends.     Dave Shultz, of Sage Civil Engineering, informed the Saratoga Airport Board when Century Construction Company will resurface the airport runway at the regular meeting held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 7 at the Saratoga Town Hall. Shultz told the board that Century Construction Company, which has been contracted to resurface the runway, will begin the project on April 9 of this year.     Justin Shotwell, a freshman at Saratoga High School went the distance against older and more experienced wrestlers, to take the championship in 106 pounds. His coach, Zach Schmidt, said the wrestler’s determination to win it became apparent as he watched the young man start the season at 117 pounds and drop to 106 pounds.
