Matt Mead, his department was taking over temporary management of the Rock Springs and Saratoga nursing homes.     Brad Cary told the Saratoga Town Council May 5 that the Hughes fire in April drove home the potential of conflagration areas in the town of Saratoga by the Saratoga Volunteer Department.     The Saratoga Panthers track teams headed to Thermopolis last Friday to compete in the Bobcat Invitational. Notable results were Andrew Oiler’s third place finish and score of 6 points in the boy’s pole vault with a distance of 12 feet. The boy’s team scored 16.5 points with an overall place of 15 out of the 19 teams that competed.
