Randall "Bear" M. Youngberg, 62, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on February 8, 2022 in the comfort of his home. Bear was born October 13, 1959 in Billings, Montana to Wesley and Elaine (Anson) Youngberg. The family later moved to Saratoga, Wyoming where Bear spent his childhood. The Riverside Town Council met on February 10 at the Riverside Town Hall. In attendance were mayor pro tem Ed Golden, council members Fred Lorenz, Mark Helwick, and Town/treasurer Jan Cook. The Encampment Town Council met on February 10 at the Encampment Town Hall. Present were Mayor Greg Salisbury and council members Stan Banach and Gary Stull. Carey Lake is the nurse practitioner at the Medicine Bow Clinic. He is a relatively new face having taken over about three months ago. Lake is also the Hanna representative of South Central Wyoming Emergency Medical Services (SCWEMS) and chairman.
