There is a lot to this story, but to sum it up ... the previous owner never paid taxes to the state of Wyoming. This project is separate from the ongoing Medicine Bow Landscape Vegetation Analysis.     Seniors graduating from Carbon County School District No. 2 (CCSD 2) high schools can now apply for the annual $500 Youth Citizenship Award (YCA) offered by the Valley Service Organization (VSO). Application forms are now available from the counselor’s office at each of CCSD 2’s high schools.
