Rita Wagner, age 79, died Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at her winter home in Overton, Nevada. She was born August 18, 1943 in Sidney, Nebraska to Frank Andrew and Kathryn G. Petersen Rasmussen. On November 4, 1962 she married Wayne William Wagner in Kimball, Nebraska. Rita grew up in Kimball, but lived most of her adult life in Saratoga, Wyoming. On January 20, Arthur pled guilty in Carbon County Circuit Court to the charge of Illegal use of Firearm to Take Deer during Archery Only Deer Hunting. The Saratoga wrestling team had eight grapplers compete in Hanna at the Carbon County Invitational on Friday. Due to injuries, Saratoga's team was missing Josiah Stockwell, Skyler Wood, and Seth Stephens. Anthony Campbell and Kellen Reeder were also unable to compete due to illness.
