    Saratoga's Halloween Trick-or-Treating was interrupted by a fire that sent the Saratoga Volunteer Fire Department scrambling to extinguish a blaze at the corner of Elm and Third streets on Monday. The fire started at approximately 4:45 p.m., during the peak of the town's trick-or-treating, sending plumes of smoke rolling through the downtown area.     Encampment High School girls' volleyball went to Lander over the weekend and fought for a place in state finals, defeating anyone unfortunate enough to face the Lady Tigers at the regional meet. The Lady Tigers took on two old foes at the meet, Baggs and Cokeville, and also faced off against St. Stevens, all of whom found themselves on the business end of a loss against the netters from Encampment.     The Saratoga/Platte Valley Chamber of Commerce has started selling tickets for the annual Reverse Drawing. Tickets are $10 each and only 300 are sold.
