The Carbon County Impact Joint Powers Board heard updates on the lagoon improvement projects, which was declared substantially complete in June, as well as from Kevin Boyce of the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC). Boyce had with him Todd Hurd from Forsgren Associates, the company selected by the WWDC to consult on the study of the town’s well system.
