The town of Hanna has approved the Hanna Marshal’s office to proceed in applying for a grant to Homeland Security of $14,250 to purchase a gas operated generator.
The Marshal’s office said, if funded, this project will allow power from a generator to ensure the operation of communication equipment and other necessary electrical instruments during a power loss.
