A chatter for President?

Sagebrush Senior Center

Happy New Year everyone! This gives Laura Rettelle, Karen Dibbern, Patty Herring, Connie Beckham, Arleigh Simmons and Nancy Lynch a whole new year to try to solve the world’s problems. Maybe some of them need to run for president.

The domino wagers Bill and Madeline Telfer, Lorraine Knotwell, Phil Fleming, Bob and Lois Thompson, Dick Blake and Dot Severns played a few times last week with Bob winning at least once.

Nancy Lynch, Lila Walbye and Vonda Wieburg put a few stitches on the quilt to keep it going.

Bill and Madeline Telfer worked on the puzzle, it must be quite a bit harder since it has been there for a few weeks now. But they are getting closer to having it finished.

No bridge again this week.

Fifteen people had their blood pressures checked on Thursday. Jan. 7 we will have blood pressures and glucose checks at 11:30 a.m.

On Jan. 9, we will have Breakfast at Noon and the menu is scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrown triangle, cinnamon roll, fruit and milk. Please call by 9 a.m. if you would like to join us. We send our thoughts and prayers to the Lorenz family, may God help you through the loss of Rita Lorenz. It was a joy to have her here when she would visit.
