Peter Larsen passed away in Rawlins, Wyo. on Dec. 22, 2014 at the age of 94. He was born in Rawlins on May 10, 1920 to Louis Christian “Chris” Larsen and Martha Hansen Larsen, whose parents immigrated to Wyoming from Denmark in the 1880’s. Peter grew up in Rawlins with his six brothers and sisters. His father’s family owned the H. Larsen Inc. lumberyard and hardware store. He graduated from Rawlins High School.
