David R. Starr passed away Dec. 13, 2015 following a brief battle with a brain disease. David was born Jan. 22, 1956 to Merle V. (Ward) and Ralph W. Starr in Rawlins, Wyo. He was a graduate of Platte Valley High School with the class of 1974. He was a master of many trades – meat cutter, carpet layer, carpenter, police officer for the town of Saratoga, security superintendent for Old Baldy Club, and most recently night sales manager at Kum and Go.
