Well wishes and sympathies

There were seven here to play bingo on Tuesday. Two-dollar winners were Carl Kerbs, Nadene Kerbs. Carl Kerbs and Kathy Hennek shared a $2 round. Berneil McCord won a $3 round. Kathy Hennek won the $5 blackout round.

There were five here for Bridge Monday. First place went to Barb Wise. Second place went to Gertrude Herold.

It has been a rough week on the seniors. We have several in the hospital. First Dick Wiant went in and had his gallbladder removed. He has been there for a week and he should moved over to the nursing home on Thursday. He will be there until he gets his strength back. We are glad he is there and hope he gets better very soon.

Norm Hallis also went to the hospital with pneumonia. The last we knew he was not out yet. We want to wish him a speedy recovery.

Next is John Collamer. He is in the Laramie hospital. He has several medical problems including a collapsed lung. So we want to send him our best and wish him well.

Also we want to send Bradley McBride our best wishes. He was in a fire last week and has severe burns. He was flown to the University Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We are sending you all our thoughts and prayers.

We want to send our sincere sympathy to the family of Len Bensen. Len passed away peacefully Sunday evening in Grand Junction Colo. He will be missed by us all in the Valley. He was part of this Valley for many years. They moved to Colorado about three years ago for health reasons.

The Senior Center will be open as usual for Good Friday. We will be having pizza, salad, cookie and sherbet. If you are not already on the list please call and get your name on the list so we will have enough pizza for everyone.

All of the staff would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter.
