Ferris making reputation

According to the Los Angeles Times, Ralph Ferris is putting Rawlins on the map, by claiming to be a citizen of Rawlins and cutting up capers in Los Angeles that would do credit to a citizen of a good big town. However, if Rawlins is keeping up with his reported capers they do not feel any too elated over the stunts that young speed maniac is pulling off. Of course we are not blaming Rawlins, with his being a citizen of that city.

The Times says that Ferris was again arrested for speeding and fined $200 and sentenced to five days in jail....
