Notice is hereby given that an application for a zone amendment from Ranching and Agricultural to RD5A was filed in the Office of the Zoning Officer, by Rodney and Laurie Bennett, for a parcel of land in SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 12, T17N, R84W, Saratoga, Wyoming.  The intended use of the property is for residential.  The Saratoga Planning Commission has recommended the zone amendment.  The Saratoga Town Council will hear the zone amendment request at a Public Hearing to be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.  Persons interested in the zone amendment request may attend the hearing.

Notice is hereby given that an application for a Conditional Use Permit was filed in the Office of the Zoning Officer, by David and Nora Nightingale, for operating an overnight and short term rental on a tract of land in the NE1/4, Section 12, T17N, R84W, Saratoga, Wyoming.  The Saratoga Planning Commission will hear the conditional use permit request at their regular meeting to be held Tuesday, December 13, 2011 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall. Persons interested in the request may attend the hearing.
