Gambling devices are not going to be tolerated in liquor establishments operating under licenses of the Wyoming Liquor Commission.

This was announced Tuesday at the offices commission, where it was said that a number of liquor dealers in the state have been charged with this infraction of the law.

“It is a violation of section 17 of the Wyoming liquor law to have gambling devices in a place where liquor is sold,” said A.S. Kenworthy, Chief Investigator for the commission. “Places allowing such practices are simply putting their licenses to jeopardy.”
